Puball Allais Pilgrimage and Dip with Sauna Ritual

Start the morning with a quiet coastal pilgrimage to Tobar Bearcháin as the first light rises over West Cork. We move through this enchanting landscape at an easy pace, sharing stories, dúchas and the old lore of this rugged coastline before reaching the water for an invigorating cold-water dip in the Atlantic.

After the swim, step into the warmth of our Puball Allais – a traditional sweat-tent style sauna – for a gentle heat ritual that completes the cycle of cold, warmth and calm. This is a small-group, sensory experience where the pace is unhurried and the atmosphere grounded and simple.

We finish with a healthy hot breakfast, allowing the morning to settle in its own time before we make our way back up the tiny bóithrín that brought us to this bit of heaven.
