- exact departure and destination address (Hotel or other address / from Civitavecchia Port specify the name of the ship, our driver will pick up/drop off near the dock).

- date of the transfer and exact time required for the pick up.

- type of vehicle required for the transfer, minivan or sedan.

Waiting Time 30 minutes from Civitavecchia Port, starting from the time indicated in the booking;

                         15 minutes from Rome, starting from the time indicated in the booking;

After the waiting time, without any information from the passenger, our driver will leave. 
In these cases there is no refund of the booking for the passenger.

Meeting points for the pick up: 
Transfer from Civitavecchia Port: meeting with our driver directly near the ship, at the dock. The driver will have a sign with the passenger's name. 

Transfer from Rome City:  meeting with the driver in the lobby hotel or at the address and time indicated in the booking; our driver will leave you near your cruise ship.
