 baggage of particular dimensions such as wheelchairs, strollers, musical instruments, etc. .. must be specified in the booking).

- exact place of pick up for the transfer; for transfers to and from Civitavecchia also indicate the name of the ship, the driver will pick up / drop off passengers directly near the ship; for transfers from Ciampino, write the flight number when booking to check the exact landing time;

- type of vehicle required for the transfer, minivan or sedan.

- date of the transfer and exact time required for the pick up

Waiting time 30 minutes from Civitavecchia Port, starting from the time indicated in the booking;

                        75 minutes for airport transfers, starting from the moment the flight lands or the requested and specified time for pickup by the customer.

  After the waiting time, without any information from the passenger, our driver will leave. 

In these cases there is no refund of the booking for the passenger.
