Waiting Time 75 minutes for airport transfers, starting from the moment the flight lands or from the time requested and specified for pickup by the customer;

                         20 minutes for transfers departing from Florence, starting from the time requested at the pick-up by the customer;

After the waiting time, without any information from the passenger, our driver will leave.
In these cases there is no refund of the booking for the passenger.
