Traditional Cooking class in Agrigento

Description

Meet the owners at their farmhouse. You will knead fresh pasta by hand, make tomato sauce and prepare fish or meat to recreate old Sicilian dishes. Last but not least we will make cannoli with ricotta.

After the tasting, you will dedicate yourself to master the ability to prepare a Sicilian typical lunch. Silvia holds special cooking classes for her guests, emphasizing typical local ingredients and recipes of the Sicilian tradition, revealing the secrets of Sicilian cuisine. Her favourite recipes are anelletti al forno (baked rings pasta), pasta con le sarde (pasta with sardines), polpettone (Italian meatloaf), stir-fry specialities and desserts with almonds or sweet ricotta cheese.

At the end of this fun and entertaining cooking class, you will enjoy lunch with your friends and family, served with great local wine labels.
