From the moment you enter the kitchen, you will be fascinated by the simplicity and complexity of combining flour, water or eggs to create a culinary masterpiece.
The hostess will show you the types of flour used for the dough and explain their different characteristics. Selected ingredients are all provided by farms located in the Food Valley .
Delving into the world of pasta, you will learn how to give it color using different foods like, beet, basil leaves, spinach and many other.
Learn the art of rolling and cutting pasta, prepare hand-cut tagliatelle, but also fusilli or farfalle, and how to use the traditional pasta machine, you will learn to make Tortellini, Ravioli or Tortelloni (filled pasta).
After you finish the cooking class sit around the table to savor the fruits of your labor, you will also taste some other gourmet products, balsamic vinegar, 26 months parmesan.
Enjoy 5 tastings of the hand made pasta with different sauces and a home made dessert.
All this accompanied by the specially chosen local wine.
