 PEOPLE TOUR IN TANJUNG PUTING 3D2N NATIONAL PARK

Day 01: AIRPORT - KUMAI - TANJUNG HARAPAN CAMP - HOUSEBOAT (L, D)

Upon your arrival at Pangkalan Bun Airport, our staff and guide meeting service is then delivered directly to Kumai. This should take about 20 minutes. Upon your arrival in Kumai directly transfer to the houseboat, lunch will be provided on the boat. After that, boating down the Kumai River for about 15 minutes to reach the Seikonyer River, the main river in Tanjung Puting National Park. Down the seikonyer river you will see nice vegetation around the river banks, Nipa Palem, Pandan, and several types of trees that grow around the river. See some wildlife such as birds, Macaque, Proboscis Monkey and Orangutan. You will visit the Orangutan feeding at Tanjung Harapan at 15.00. Then at 16.00 return to the boat and continue boating back to Kumai. Upon arrival at Kumai transfer directly to the Swiss Bell Hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: SWISS BELL HOTEL - CAMP LEAKEY - SWISS BELL HOTEL (B, L, D)

After breakfast at 06.30 our guide will pick you up in the lobby and immediately escorted to Kumai then continue boating up to Camp Leakey. Camp Leakey is the highlight of the National Park. You will pass a black river filled with wildlife such as various types of birds, primates, fish and crocodiles. Lunch will be served by our own cook with various special foods. Upon arrival at Camp Leakey, you will visit the IC (Information Center) to see all of DR. Birute Galdikas currently studying orangutans here from 1971 to the present. Enjoy your time until 14.00, trekking into the forest to see orangutan feeding, enjoy time until 16.00 back on the boat and boating straight to Kumai then to the Swiss Bell hotel. Overnight at Swiss Bell Hotel.

Day 03: SWISS BELL HOTEL - AIRPORT (B)

After breakfast free at your own leisure until we pick you up for transfer to Airport. TOUR END
