Explorer the world-famous natural treasure located in the district Kota Waringin Barat Central Kalimantan, Indonesia on a river cruise by traditional house Boat called Klotok to walk along with the limited population of the Orangutans.

Journey to the home of Orangutan at Tanjung Puting National Park Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. A 3 Days Private River cruise Trip on a Houseboat to experience the wildlife and the wild Orangutan.

Orangutan Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Pangkalan Bun Airport – Kumai River – River Tours – Tanjung Harapan Feeding Station/ Village – Wildlife Explore
Upon arrival at Pangkalan bun airport, great and meeting service then transfer to Kumai boat stage, lunch will be served on the boat, then travel on 14M long and 3 m wide comfortable traditional Wooden Boat called “ Klotok “ for 1.5 hours to Tanjung Puting National Park. Enjoyed your river cruise through mangrove and nipa vegetation along the river, wildlife may come near the river en route. Visit The Orang-utan feeding at Tanjung Harapan camp for your first-day experience with Orangutan at their nature. In the late afternoon explore the river for our unique wildlife. Candlelight dinner served on boat. (L, D).

Day 2: Boat – Pondok Tangguy Feeding station – Forest hiking – village – Camp Leaky – Wildlife River Explore – Fire Flies
After Breakfast heading to Pondok Tanggui, taking an hour cruise from the Lodge to visit the second rehabilitation center for orphaned orangutan, located in the Tanjung Puting National Park area. Then continue to Camp Leakey the Research Center which is also the rehabilitation center for Orangutan. Visit Orangutan education center, forest walks, orangutan feeding at 14.00pm, Late afternoon boating down the river to enjoy our river vegetation and beautiful forest along the river and sometimes encounter wildlife including Wild Orangutan, Proboscis monkey, birds, might crocodiles can be seen and any other wildlife. Dinner and Overnight on Boat near fireflies trees along the river. (B,L,D).

Day 3: Morning wildlife river tours  – Dayak Village of Pasir panjang- Pangkalan Bun Airport
Early morning along with the sun rising, having a morning river cruise for early active wildlife, You may see Dolphin on your way Morning breakfast on the boat, visit Dayak village and Walking through the village to Dayak Traditional House of Betang Mendawai peoples,try traditional food with traditional way to end of your Orangutan Boat Trip then Transfer to The Airport.
