Discover the stunning beauty landscape of Mount Bromo as one of the most active and attractive volcanoes in East Java, then enjoy the stunning turquoise sulfurous Ijen Crater Lake on 4 days private tour. On this trekking trip, you will encounter iconic active volcanoes of Mount Bromo and take in ethereal landscapes that offer spectacular photo opportunities; especially during the sunrise. Most of the hiking is moderate with a bit of an adventure opportunity every now and then. Trip Itinerary
DAY 1: SURABAYA – BANYUWANGI
Leaving Surabaya in the morning, directly to Banyuwangi. It will be approximately 6 hours passing through java north coast country road. Stop over in Pasir Putih Beach. In the afternoon, check-in hotel and free at leisure.
DAY 2: KAWAH IJEN – BROMO
At 05.00 am check out and then proceed to Ijen crater, which is well known as the widest crater in Indonesia (with 5Ha area on the height of 2800m above sea level). Hiking up to 3.5hours return trip from Paltuding area/ Ranger Camp. Breakfast will be provided on the box. Leaving from Paltuding area at noon, directly to Bromo area. On the gloaming, the day arrived at the hotel then check-in and free program.
DAY 3: BROMO SUNRISE – SURABAYA
Morning call at 4 is with a 4 wheel drive Jeep to Pananjakan/viewpoint. About 45-minute driving. Afterward having a coffee/ tea break at a local food stall then we’ll see the sunrise (if the weather is possible) and also the fantastic view of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Next, passing through the Sand Sea into the peak of Mt. Bromo closely to see an active crater. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant. About 10 a.m. heading back to Surabaya. On the way, we invite participants to visit Sidoarjo city, which is famous for processing food from marine products. Lunch and dinner will serve at a local restaurant.
Day 4 : Surabaya Departure
Free at your own leisure time till time to departure. our local staff will pick you up at the hotel lobby then escorting you to Surabaya airport for your next destination. Trip concludes
