Start by picking up where you stay in the morning or afternoon (depending on your package choice)/
because seeing proboscis monkeys can be done in 2 - 3 times, namely in the morning or late afternoon,
then you will travel from the city of Tanjung Redeb for 45 minutes to Kampung Batu - Batu or Pulau Besing by car.
Arriving at your destination, you will be greeted by your guide who will explain about the proboscis monkey area
while enjoying food and drinks made from mangrove fruit, followed by a brief safety briefing and preparation for the trip
Departing by traditional boat, you will visit the proboscis monkey spot
while down the river in the village of Batu - Batu and Besing Island.
Explore various kinds of river life and villages around the Bekantan area which are still wild in their habitat.
If you are lucky you can also see estuarine crocodiles, porpoises and other river animal life.
This tour will be conducted in small groups of up to 6 people / boat to ensure undivided attention.
The trip will take around 2.5 hours followed by typical food and snacks from Kampung Batu - batu
such as river prawns, fish with chili sauce and delicious mangrove syrup.
Finally, your driver will take you back to the place where you were picked up in an air-conditioned private vehicle
