ORANGUTAN & DAYAK RIAM TINGGI VOYAGE  7 Days 6 Night

DAY 01 :   PANGKALAN BUN –  RIAM TINGGI DAYAK  VILLAGE (B,L,D)

After  breakfast, Waiting the oather guest arrv and pick up by us  . Then go straight to Riam Tinggi  Village by car about 5 hours. Pass several villages, palm oil plantation, rubber plantation, local comunities plantation and forest. We will stop for lunch on the way. Upon arrival at Riam Tinggi Village , our guide will take you to the long house for your accommodation. Sightseeing around the villages. After dinner they will ringing their gong or one of their music instrument to gathering together for Dayak Welcome Ceremony. Lots of people will join with you. Overnight at Long house. ( B , L . D )

DAY 02 :   RIAM TINGGI  – BUKIT KILAT ( FLASH HILL ) - FOREST (TREKKING) –  VILLAGE

Early morning trekking to the top of Bukit Kilat to amazing sun rise , back to villages . After breakfast, we can go to the forest and trekking, here you can choice how many hours you wanna walk on the forest. And in this village, they are denied the palm oil plantation so their forest still good.If you agree we can Pass several rivers, “ladang” / traditonal plantation, traditional rubber plantation, orchid and primer  forest.  A long the way, you can see how the Dayak tribe survive in the jungle. And if we lucky, we can see the wild animals. Upon arrival on the we can swimming and relaxing or just enjoying the rain forest. Lunch will be serve on the forest. Overnight on the forest with the tents or back to village as a choice ( B, L , D)

DAY 03   :   RIAM TINGGI  – PANGKALAN BUN

After breakfast, we going back to the village. If you are interested to go to Central and West  Kalimantan Border going back to Pangkalan Bun. Drive back to Pangkalan Bun by car. Lunch on the way. Upon arrival at Pangkalan Bun, check in at Arut Riverside Guest Dayak House, Down Town Pangkalan Bun  ( Air Condition Guest House   . (B, L, D)

DAY 04   :  PANGKALAN BUN – RIVER CRUISE – ON BOAT  

After Breakfast  take , explore Arut River up down the river by small boat .  by car to Kumai and board on boat. The boat is a traditional wooden boat called Klotok. The guide team are includes the Boat captain, a cook, and expert guide. In the afternoon observe proboscis monkey, long tail macaque, Silver Langur and Perhap wild orangutan along way up the river .  FLunch will be provided on boat . Visit first  Ornagutan Feeding Camp Tanjung Harapan ,Dinner and overnight on boat ( B ,L,D)

DAY 05  :  ON BOAT – PONDOK TANGGUI – CAMP LEAKEY

After breakfast board on boat up river and visit Pondok Tanggui see feeding time at 09 am then continue up to Camp Leakey the oldest rehabilitation centre for orphan orangutan and was established in 1971 by Dr.Birute Galdikas and Rod Brindamour. On the way you may see wild orangutan, gibbon, wild bore, macaques, proboscis monkeys and some birds. Then walk to feeding station around 1 km. It is best time to see orangutan encounter and you may take picture as much as you like. Your boat slow down to the river and anker at crock lake. Overnight on boat ( B,L,D )

DAY 06  :  HOUSE BOAT – TREKKING 

After breakfast  Klotok Pick up and you will have time to explore the jungle and try to find other animal around the forest. Then back to the boat for lunch. Then your boat slow down to explore some kind of Monkey such as Proboscis Monkey, Long tail macaque and fire flies around the nipah palm at night. Chek in RIMBA LODGE and overnight at the Lodge or Tens at the Forest ( as choice )

DAY 07   :   PANGKALAN BUN –  TOUR END

After breakfast enjoy the lodge  chek out / forest and  get to  Klotok  boat transfer to Kumai and to Airport ( Tour End )
