Hiking in Granada - Ruta del Gollizno

Description

This is one of the most beautiful tours that we can do near Granada. In addition to all the natural beauty, we will have a view of an incomparable historical heritage,
which due to its strategic location and the importance of this area in the past, the Castle of Moclín, one of the best defensive.

We continue by van to the starting point of the route in Olivares.  We enter the "Tajos de la Hoz", a natural gorge carved out by the constant flow of the waters that, together with the exuberant riverside vegetation, will give the hiker a pleasant sensation.

We cross the Rio Velillos and its recently restored suspension bridge and pedestrian walkway.

Finally we arrive at the Fonte de la Corcuela where we rest for a while and continue to see the Neolithic cave paintings.
