Sierra Nevada tour
Description
The Sierra Nevada National and Natural Park has the highest peak in the Iberian Peninsula: Mulhacen (3,482 m.). It was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1986.
This space is ideal for practicing sports such as hiking or for one of the various routes that run through the park.
These are places that give us unforgettable views of different parts of Andalusia. If we are lucky we can find some animals of the local fauna, such as mountain goats, foxes, eagles and wild horses.
The light reflected off the mountains and the color of the sky are spectacular. Good photos guaranteed and good meditation to clear your mind.
We will leave in our 8-seater van to the Sierra Nevada natural park, it will be a trip of just over 3 hours with stops along the way to enjoy all the beauty of the north face of the park.
We will visit several points of interest that cover the municipalities of Monachil and Guejar Sierra.
We reached the limit where you can reach the car at 2,500 meters above sea level, it is a space widely used to know the high peaks of Sierra Nevada, both as a starting point for hiking and in winter it is possible to enjoy the snow without having to go through the ski resort.
