Description

In this walking tour you'll learn about the Basque history and try the local cider in a genuine Basque rural house. You'll discover an off the beaten path valley and medieval town and understand how the rural landscape has evolved hand in hand with the local history through centuries. At the cider house you'll understand the process involver in cider making and taste typical dishes such as cod fish omelette and sheep's cheese. We'll move by foot and public transport, which will allow you to merge with the local life style.
