Churches in the Twin City of Valga-Valka bicycle tour
Description
The guided bicycle tour introduces the four major churches in the twin city of Valga-Valka. The guide will introduce the history, architecture, and traditions of the different churches – Lutheran, Orthodox, and Catholic. The tour includes entrance to the churches and the opportunity to visit the towers of two churches.
The church tour is guided by theologist Karin Varblane. Bicycle rental fee (2 euros per hour) will be added to the price of the tour. Bicycles can be rented at the Visitors’ Centre.
