All shore excursions include pickup and drop-off at Port Chalmers.

You will be picked up from the Private Tours Sign on the Port Chalmers wharf at 8.45am however please be ready 10 minutes prior to this time.
If your ship arrives after 8.45am please disembark as soon as possible to meet our bus. We will alter our departure times with the arrival of your ship. We are also aware of the strict times of the ships departure, so we will have you back at Port Chalmers well before your scheduled departure time. We haven’t had anyone miss a ship yet!
Should your ship be unable to dock, or is late, and causes you to be unable to undertake part, or all, of your tour, then you will be entitled to a full refund or alternative replacement activities.
