In the first half of the day, We will leave Pushkar for Chittorgarh. After two hours, We will reach Chittorgarh.


Chittorgarh Fort is the largest fort in India. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The fort was the capital of Mewar and is located in the present-day town of Chittor. It sprawls over a hill 180 meters in height over an area of 280 ha (691.9 acres) above the plains of the valley drained by the Berach River. The fort has several historical palaces, gates, a temple and two prominent commemorative towers. 

Alauddin Khilji was the first to sack Chittor in 1303 A.D. Legend has it that Alauddin Khilji was so besotted by the regal beauty of Padmini, he was overpowered by a desire to possess her. But the noble queen preferred death to dishonor & committed "Jauhar". The victim was Chittaur, which came under the sword of the marauder.


The Vijaya Stambha is an imposing victory monument located within Chittor Fort in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India. The tower was constructed by the Mewar king, Rana Kumbha, in 1448 to commemorate his victory over the combined armies of Malwa and Gujarat led by Mahmud Khilji. The tower is dedicated to Vishnu. 

After finish this tour, Guest will be drop at their place in Udaipur.
