or Negative PCR-Saliva Test of Red Cross taken within 72 hours prior to your departure

3. Travel Itinerary (TOUR VOUCHER), booked via DOT accredited transport and tour provider
4. Confirmed Hotel Booking (Book only to DOT accredited hotel with certificate to operate under community
quarantine)
5. Registration to Bohol website for the issuance of QR code individually
