This luxury one of a kind dinner offers you not only exotic cuisines of the Ryukyu dynasty's royal family and profound Ryukyuan (court) cuisine using traditional Okinawan cooking methods and local produce, but also Awamori (Okinawan local spirits, very strong!) that was approved by the Shuri royal government. Each dish is prepared with care, time, and effort during the preliminary preparation.Each cuisine served on a beautiful dish is a work of art, and it will be an unforgettable experience to your palate and vision.
Of course you will be entertained by traditional Ryukyu performing arts and music in a private room on the second floor of the restaurant served the finest cuisines enjoyed by Baron Sho Jun (1873-1945),who was a connoisseur of food & drinks, and the 4th son of the last king of the Ryukyu Kingdom, King Sho Tai.Please indulge yourself and company in private(one group per day) and exclusive time where you can experience the culture of the Ryukyus through its interior design, the lacquerware dishes used, hanging scrolls, etc at the venue.
