  • Cancellation made less than 24hours before transfer start will incur 100% cancellation penalties
  • Maximum waiting time is 1.5 hours after your estimated time of arrival. Please notify us by call or WhatsApp message should your flight is delay or changing schedule
  • Non-Refundable for NO-SHOW
  • Admin fee is applicable to process the refund as imposed by our third-party partners. We will inform you fairly and transparently
