Nagpur to Bhopal via Pench & Satpura National Park

Day 1: Arrive Nagpur
On arrival at Nagpur airport assistance & transfer to hotel. Later visit Sitabuldi Fort partially accupied by Indian Armys. Dhamma Chakra Stupa a 120 feet heigh very important place for Buddhists. Ans Central Museum (Mondays closed).

Day 2: Nagpur - Pench National Park (100kms)
Drive to Pench NP enroute visit Ramtek Fort & Temples. The temple has an elevation of 345 meters from land and is believed to be 600 years old. Ramtek is also known for ancient Jain temple with various ancient statues of Jain Tirthankara. Arrive NP check in at hotel.

Day 3: Pench NP
Morning and afternoon gypsy safari in the tiger reserve with naturalist. The major carnivores are Tiger, leopard, wild cat, wild dog, hyena, jackal, fox, wolf, weasel among the vegetarian species, Gaur, Nilgai, Sambar, Chital, Chasinga, Chinkara, Wild Pig are prominent. About 325 species of birds reside in park.

Day 4: Pench NP - Satpura National Park (200kms)
Drive to Satpura National Park, check in at resort. Later visit Panch Pandav Caves & Dhoopgarh the highest peak in the Satpura Range to see the sunset.

Day 5: Satpura NP (Pachmarhi)
Morning and afternoon gypsy safari in the tiger reserve with naturalist. The forest of the Satpura ranges are rich in biodiversity and are inhabited by many endangered species. The high ranges of the Pachmarhi plateau are covered by Sal forests, whereas dense teak forests are spread over its lower hill ranges. This large land is an important habitat for tiger, Giant Squirrel, Indian Skimmer, Black Bellied Tern, Leaf-nosed Bat and more than 300 species of birds.

Day 6: Satpura NP - Bhopal (190kms)
Drive to Bhopal enroute visit Bhimbetka Rock Shelters an archeological site dating back to the Paleolithic age & Bhojpur shiva temple. Arrive Bhopal check in at hotel.

Day 7: Bhopal
Excursion to visit Sanchi Budhist stupas, monasteries, temples & pillars dating from 3rd century BC to 12th century AD. And Udayagiri Caves. Drive back to Bhopal.

Day 8: Bhopal - Departure
Early morning visit Bhoj Wetland and enjoy boat safari. Later As per flight schedule Departure transfer to airport.
