Know before you go
Details of Charter
- Final agenda and all other details of the charter including route, schedule, and any other details are to be finalized by the latest fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the Company’s event
- The exact number of guaranteed participants to be notified by the latest fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the Company’s event. This will be considered as a guarantee for which the Company will be charged even if fewer guests attend unless the Company’s attendance exceeds the guaranteed number of guests
- The Company agrees to pay the Boat Company the amount necessary to replace damaged or lost equipment
- The Company agrees to pay for each hour that the return is delayed on a prorated basis of the applicable prime daily rate. Any request regarding extra hour or destination is subject to the availability and would be under the Cruise Director or Operational Manager decision
- The passenger must declare at the time of reservation that they do not suffer from any mental, physical, or other, disability that may put them, or other passengers at risk. The Boat Company reserves the right to refuse the contracted services to a passenger presenting these risks during the trip.
- Taking out an insurance policy covering accidents and repatriation are highly recommended. This insurance should take into consideration the costs involved in accident treatment including hyperbaric treatment and/or repatriation. In the case of an accident, where the accident was not caused by a service provided by the Boat Company or their employees, the Boat Company will not be held responsible and any requests for compensation will be refused
