Terms & Conditions
- Rate have to be converted into Indonesia Rupiah at the time of payment based on Bali Aero Travel in-house exchange rate
- Full payment has to be made upon booking confirmation
- Rate is subject to taxes and service charge of 7.1%
- The children above 3years old, will be charged the same rate as adult
- The children below 3 years old will be a free of charge
- Admin fee is applicable to process the refund as imposed by our third-party partners. We will inform you fairly and transparently
- Rate is subject to be changed at the time of reservation
- A valid credit card or cash deposit of IDR 2,500,000 for AYANA Lako di’a per room per night is required upon check-in for incidentals. The deposit is in addition to incidental consumption on board, government tax, and services charges and must be made in local currency – Indonesia Rupiah
- The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice and due to external unforeseen factor, that may affect AYANA’s boat operational schedule.
- The General Liability Release Form is mandatory to sign for all participants.
- Children aboard: During the trip, children remain the total responsibility of their parents. Parents are required to ensure that the children respect all safety procedures and do not disturb the peace and quiet of the other passengers, or the effective management of the cruise.
- No babysitting services are offered on board.
