Basic overview of growing, farming, and processing techniques with a sustainable and organic approach
Roasting: Learn basic roasting skills using our Giesen machine
Cupping: Intensive learning and evaluating coffee, sampling plus blending
Serving: Barista training focused on serving (from espresso to manual brewing) with an emphasis on the different techniques
