Private Canyoning with Ruaridh in Dollar Glen
Description
This is a privately guided canyoning experience during which you will have the exclusive attention of an expert guide. This is a half day activity during which we introduce fun and exciting skills at your level and use them to discover incredible nature in a 400million year old chasm of volcanic rock. We try to maximising our time in the canyon, concentrating on the most inspiring action that you choose and scenery you love.
Dollar Glen had all the classic canyoning action including waterfall abseils, fun jumps and slides into deep pools. It's a very accessible canyon which means there is little commitment and with good foot paths all around great for friends and family spectators to come along with a camera and catch some of the action.
We will always be clear about the challenges ahead and we will always offer the choice to go. There is never any pressure from us because we just love to be in the canyon having fun in a beautiful place! Finally we only use the best quality equipment which we maintain meticulously to keep us all warm and secure.

Know before you go
We provide everything you need for canyoning including socks, shoes, wet suit and safety equipment. We will take very little through the canyon with us so you just need turn up at the meeting point wearing your swim wear with a sense of adventure. Bring a large towel for changing and and if you want your own pictures or footage an action camera with fittings. We will have a water container on hand and drinks and snacks following the activity.
