Let's Eat! / Manila Food Tour

Description
This unique option focuses on Santa Ana, one of the districts outside of the walls of Intramuros.
The tour starts in the most “Filipino way”, with breakfast (almusal) at a local eatery, before heading out for the day.
Walk towards the Pasig River wharf, then onwards to the central plaza and wet market. Here you can sample coconut (buko) juice, rice cakes (kakanin), and banana fritters at the entrance of the market.
Meet and interact with the local market vendors, and get a glimpse of this and sample the specialty of this Manila district: Pancit Palabok.
If you’re lucky, you may even get to see how they prepare this savory noodle dish.
From the market, take a short tricycle (our version of the tuktuk) ride to see the former house of President Manuel L. Quezon.
