Community Hum : Flow and Restore

Join Dana for an Ashtanga-focused Yoga Flow & Restore practice! This session will begin with the invigorating Ashtanga Standing Series, followed by restorative postures, meditation, and a signature Sound Bath.
The Ashtanga Standing Series will help you synchronize your breath with movement, warming and energizing your body and muscles. The second half of the class will transition to a restorative yoga and meditation practice, with each pose held for 4-6 minutes. During Śavāsana, you'll experience a soothing sound bath using Himalayan singing bowls, known for their healing properties.
Before or after the event, you'll have the opportunity to connect with the community over a special selection of teas. Additionally, all proceeds from this event will be donated to Yoga Gives Back, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women and children in India through the power of yoga.
This session welcomes all levels, and no prior experience is required. Come and experience the transformative blend of Ashtanga and restorative yoga while supporting a meaningful cause.

Complimentary mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and towels are all provided, however, feel free to bring your own.
