Deepen Your Hum: The Hatha Yoga Intensive

Description

Each New Moon invites us to clear the clutter in our minds, create space for new opportunities and embrace fresh perspectives. In this space, we plant new seeds to ripen alongside the gradually illuminating moon.

Tending to these seeds of potential, Tiffany shares a collection of somatic practices that invite us to develop a relationship to our body and our nervous system. These reflective exercises ask us to listen deeply and pay attention to how we react to circumstances around us. In doing so, we begin to explore and build a healthy relationship with our nervous system by welcoming curiosity, playfulness and a steadier connection to life.

Sound and breathwork practices will guide us to cleanse and activate our systems, allowing important shifts to occur. As these shifts take place, we will close with guided meditation and journaling to ground them into practical application for use in daily life.  Expect to connect with yourself on many levels; physically, vibrationally, energetically and emotionally.

We recommend bringing a journal and a pen to record reflections and insights.

All levels are welcome. No experience required.
