This is a pure wheel-throwing pottery course that will take you through the important basics of the process. The course has been designed for beginners. During this course, you will learn how to wedge clay in order to prepare it for the throwing process, center clay on the wheel, how to throw a cylinder (think mugs or cups), a bowl, a bottle, a plate, and how to trim/turn the items you have made in order to give them a great finish. No previous experience is necessary and complete beginners are welcome.
