• Since 2011 Marc & Patty have been running the longest-running dumpling party in the country. Unlike a traditional cooking class, this dumpling party encompasses a basic skillset, games, trivia, stories, and enough dumplings to put you in a coma.
• Get all the tips and tricks you need to learn to make mouthwatering dumplings while hearing stories about Chinese and Taiwanese cultural food traditions.
• You will learn the basics of working with the traditional face stick (rolling pin), as well as the positioning of the hands for 5 specific folds. Recipes are provided at the end so that the exercises can be duplicated at home

Here at the Dumpling School, we like to consider ourselves not as a traditional cooking class but more of a dumpling party! When you sign up for one of our dumpling parties we want you to have as much fun as possible while learning a new skill. We skip cooking from scratch and bring you a whole new cooking experience where you will learn the basics of dumpling making while focusing on the fun aspects!

During the cooking portion of our dumpling party, guests will learn how to:

• How to roll and fold dumplings
• How to properly stuff dumplings with different fillings.
• How to make different dumpling shapes.
• How to cook dumplings.

At the end of the class, we encourage students to take home leftovers. (if there are any!)
