Begin with a comfortable bus ride south, followed by a smooth border crossing into the Kingdom of Jordan. Take a stroll through the charming alleyways of Aqaba, and make your way to Mamluk Castle, an Ottoman fortress overlooking the border of Aqaba Bay. Next, you'll enjoy free time in the seaside city, for beach & sea activities such as boating, snorkeling, and more. From there, you'll travel down the colorful desert all the way to Wadi Rum.
From there, you'll go on an exhilarating jeep tour of Wadi Rum, a remarkable desert wilderness with a moon-like landscape and an opportunity to take some fantastic photos. Several Star Wars movies were shot here, and you'll see why.
After an authentic, yet indulgent stay in a genuine Bedouin camp, you'll head for Petra. This fabulous city was carved out of the red-hued desert cliffs 2,300 years ago, and its shrines and majestic mausoleums await you - starting with the awesome Petra Treasury.
