  • Secure footwear – Closed shoes that stay on your feet (trainers, sport shoes) are better than flip‑flops. 
  • Sunglasses & sun‑cream – To protect eyes and skin from sun, dust and glare. 
  • Bandana or face‑mask / scarf – Helpful for keeping dust out of your nose/mouth especially when the track gets dry.
  • Spare clothes / towel – After the ride you’ll likely want a fresh change; there might be showers or rinse‑areas at base.
