Lakes of Macedonia - Private 2 days tour from Skopje

Spend two days of your stay in Macedonia visiting two most famous Macedonian lakes. 

Day 1

We will pick you up in the morning from your hotel in Skopje. In a few hour drive you will arrive in Prilep and have a coffee break in the city center. After Prilep drive towards Prespa lake. Upon arrival in the Prespa region possibility to have a lunch at a local rural restaurant near the lake. We recommend you to taste the local fish.

While in the area we will visit to the famous St. George church located above the village Kurbinovo, with unique fresco paintings from 11th century,

Drive along Prespa lake and on picturesque narrow mountain road across Galichica National park and Galichica mountain, situated between both Prespa and Ohrid lakes. Late afternoon visit to St Naum monastery on the south part of Ohrid lake. Overnight in Ohrid.

Day 2

In a morning guided Ohrid walking tour and visit to the most famous Ohrid sights.

Drive towards Struga, the second biggest town on Ohrid lake coast with coffee stop. Drive along the lake to visit villages Kalishta and Radojda.

Late afternoon drive back to Skopje.
