Style of Travel
The entire 13 Day tour trip will be done in a comfortable overland safari vehicle well equipped with all the required camping gear and other accessories. The tour will be supervised by a dedicated Tour Director. He will be assisted by a team of highly experienced Tour Guides, camp assistants, and a Chef to take care of your meals.
-Meals are included but all alcoholic beverages are excluded.
-Guides: English speaking Driver and Guides.
Accommodation.
You arrive in Lusaka, the capital city of Zambia. Our hospitality team welcomes you with true, friendly, Zambian hospitality spirit at the Lusaka’s Kenneth Kaunda International Airport. Transferred to and stay at Palm Kalash Hotel (sharing) which also graces a magnificent green lush landscape. It is located about 15 minutes drive from the Lusaka's Kenneth Kaunda International Airport.
Alternative accommodation
The second alternative accommodation will be at Kakwele Lodge (sharing), of comparatively same standards as Palm Kalash. Kakwele Lodge is situated a short distance off the airport road. Kakwele Lodge is conveniently located close to the up-market Water falls shopping mall in the outskirts of Lusaka city area. Kakwele has some excellent facilities on-site for your comfortable accommodation needs. You will be served with delicious meals prepared by our internationally acclaimed executive chef!
General Information
During your tour, accommodation will be in various comfortable tourist class lodges /guesthouses/camp sites.
Excluded
- Flights: International roundtrip airfare to and from Zambia.
-Insurance: We recommend that all clients consider taking up a comprehensive travel insurance.
- Gratuities, items or expenses of a personal nature, travel Insurance. Visa,
- Airport transfers if you arrive on a day other than the scheduled start date.
- Park Entry fees - - Client must meet the cost of entering Zambia National Parks and all water falls sites visited which may be paid locally.
- All medical examinations and COVID-19 related issues of obtaining the relevant documentations are excluded in this package (not included).
Know before you go
Items you may consider to bring along
•Binoculars - one pair per person
•Enough film/video cassettes and spare batteries for your camera if you want to take photographs/videos
•Hats, sunscreen for sensitive skins
•Sunglasses
•Warm as well as light clothes in the cool months {(May to August when midday temperatures may be quite warm and night temperatures cold to freezing) and light clothing for the other months. Even in summer, it is a good idea to bring at least one warm jersey or jacket as occasionally there are sudden drops in temperature caused by unusual weather conditions.}
•Raincoats (from November to April)

•Basic medicines, including malaria prophylactics

TIPING & SERVICE CHARGE
The application of a 10% service charge is a mandatory requirement in Zambia for all hospitality bookings. At your own discretion, you may directly tip any of the support staff for going an extra mile in serving you.
