Half-day Ho Chi Minh City History And Culture Tour

Description
Ho Chi Minh City is the largest, busiest and most exciting city in Vietnam, rich with intrigue and culture. Often regarded as a “blending mixture of cultures”, it offers a wealth of discoveries through the daily life of its people. With over 300 years of history, Ho Chi Minh City has evolved into a fascinating tourist destination, brimming with cultural and historical landmarks. During our tour, we will visit some of the city's most intriguing sights. These include The War Remnants Museum: a vivid portrayal of the futility of war; The Reunification Palace: a beautifully preserved palace that served as the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam during the 1960s and 1970s; Notre Dame Cathedral: constructed in 1880 and the Old Post Office: built between 1886 and 1891; Thien Hau Pagoda in Cho Lon: a Chinese-style temple located in Chinatown (District 5), dedicated to Thien Hau, the Lady of the Sea, also known as “Mazu”.
Our final stop will be a Vietnamese lacquerware factory, where you can observe the intricate process of creating these traditional Vietnamese products.
