Next, we will visit the traditional craft village of Cua Khe, famous for its nuoc mam (fish sauce). With a history spanning hundreds of years, this village specializes in producing high-quality anchovy fish sauce and dried fish products for export. Observe the intricate fermentation process that transforms anchovies and salt into this beloved condiment.

Our journey continues to the Distillery of Indochina, renowned for its unique sugar cane variety and high-quality groundwater, essential for producing aromatic rum.

As we venture further into the countryside, you will explore hidden villages, tour lush rice and sweet potato fields, and witness local farmers preparing their land.
