GAMBOA CABLE CAR AND SLOTH SANCTUARY

This private tour begins when your guide picks you up at your hotel, residence or airport in Panama City. You can choose between the two set times to start your tour when you make your reservation. We will give you more information about your pick-up time after you book the tour, once you have selected your start time.

Afterwards we will transfer to Gamboa where we will board a gondola (cable car) we will cross the jungle to appreciate every corner in a completely different way, enjoy the incredible view of the forest, with a little luck you can observe a variety of birds that live there, sloths and different species of monkeys.

After a route of 600 meters in the cable car we arrive at the Observation Tower to get panoramic views of the Soberania National Park, the Chagres River, the Panama Canal and some native Embera villages.

Later we will visit the Sloth Sanctuary where we will observe and learn about the life and habits of the sloths and the efforts for the conservation of the species. We will visit the Butterfly House where we will observe the butterflies that live in the jungle and also visit the orchid and frog exhibits.
