3-Days Tour in the Guatemalan Caribbean: Visit iconic locations

Description

We'll visit the Caribbean area of Guatemala. Hidden in between Banana Plantations we'll discover the great and imposing Archaeological site of Quiriguá, human heritage by Unesco, filled with its unique monuments and the amazing 10-meter-high Carved Mayan Stelae.

Moving east, we'll arrive at Río Dulce. Visit what used to be a Pirate Fortress dated from the 1600s. Then, we'll discover a different face of Guatemala: Livingston, with its unique Garífuna culture thanks to an Afro-descendant heritage, decorated with beautiful white sand beaches and natural pools.

On our way back and to finish our adventurous experience, we'll visit a Mayan association that helps children and youth study, and finally, we´ll visit the Natural Park of El Boqueron for a peaceful canoe ride in between breathtaking rock walls.

This tour has it all, from archeology to Caribbean beaches, Garifuna and Mayan cultures, lots of nature, and more!
