Through this walking tour you will relive the troubled times leading up to the capture of King Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette; as well as the Reign of Terror, the bloody period of the guillotine. You will follow in the footsteps of revolutionaries such as Marat, Robespierre and Danton (famous for his last words: “show my head to the people, it is worth seeing”). Starting from Place Odéon, you will walk into the heart of Paris and end your tour on the right bank.
