Vanhakapunki is the area where Helsinki was founded in 1550. During the walk, you will hear about the fascinating history of the site. Did you know that Rossi's family manufactured an internationally known ski wax called "Kiva" here in a red wooden house, or that the former Finnish energy company Imatran Voima used to own most of the buildings in the area?
