Our tastings include 5, completely personalized pours, from our collection of over 150 bottles of agave spirits. Our CAVA is home to agave spirits from across Latin America, not just tequilas and mezcals from Mexico. In this hour-long experience, we will chat about the processes used to make these delicious spirits, dive into the culture surrounding them, and -of course- taste the flavours these incredibly complex spirits can express.
