What to Bring
Please note the following: Required Documents:
On the day of your tour, you must bring:
A valid local driver’s license (For local Residents)
An International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention in case of foreign nationals
Note: Digital copies or photocopies are NOT accepted. Failure to present all documents will result in cancellation with no refund.
- Arrival Time & Safety Briefing:
There is a mandatory safety and traffic orientation before the tour. Please arrive 40 minutes early.
Arrivals 10 minutes late or more will not be allowed to join the tour, and no refunds will be issued. - Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance.
No refunds will be provided for late cancellation or no-shows. - Date Change Policy:
Requests to reschedule must also be made at least 5 days in advance.
Changes requested after this window cannot be accommodated.
