Dominican Farm Experience

There's a long list of things to tick-off on this half-day trip including a sugarcane plantation visit, a cigar-rolling demonstration, plus coffee and fruit tasting.

Head out into the open fields of the countryside and our first stop is a sugarcane plantation where you'll learn about the island's all-important industry used for making rum. There'll be a fruit and coffee tasting session at a country home, alongside a chance to see how Dominican cigars are made at a rolling factory.

You 'll also enjoy a Higuey city walking tour with entry to the famous Altagracia Basilica, a buffet lunch of local dishes, and a stop at Macao beach to swim, sunbathe and recharge.
