There’s ziplining in the morning – 12 lines across 18 platforms – as you zoom across the rainforest canopy. After a Dominican buffet lunch, there’s a swim in the River Anamuya before heading to a ranch for a cross-country buggy ride. An adrenaline-pumping day.
