Turku: Entrance to Flowpark
Description
The area features 19 different courses and over 140 tasks. The courses are classified into four different difficulty levels, providing a challenge for adventurers of all skill levels. Flowpark Turku is located in the inner courtyard of the Skanssi shopping center, easily accessible with good transportation connections, approximately 5 km from the center of Turku.
Flowpark is an ecological adventure park where you can test your courage. Adventure courses have been built on living trees without harming them. You may solve numerous tasks even at the height of twenty meters. Different tasks refer to ropeways, including swaying paths, liane jumps, swings and cable slides.
Flowpark has been meant for people of all ages full of adventure spirit – there is challenge for any ordinary guy as well as for experienced ‘wilderness foxes’!
You don’t need to have any advance skills for the Flowpark courses. You’ll be instructed how to use the equipment and how to act on the courses before you are allowed to enter the actual courses. Every customer will complete a test course, and after he or she has passed it, he or she is allowed to adventure independently on the courses. One proceeds on the courses continuously connected to a safety cable wire.

Know before you go
Suitable clothing depends on the weather. It is possible to climb on the adventure courses on hot summer days and when it is freezing cold, in dry conditions and in rain. We recommend you to wear outdoor clothing suitable for the weather and outdoor leisure shoes or sports shoes with flat outsoles. Don’t wear any loosely hanging pieces of clothing that may get caught in the trail structures (e.g. a scarf) or high heel shoes. A long hair should also be tied.
