Food and wine tour to discover Vietri Sul Mare

A food and wine walk to discover the most authentic flavors of Vietri sul Mare. The meeting point in Vietri is Piazza Matteotti where we start from the infamous history of ceramics, up to the tasting of authentic local products in five points located in the historic center. Together with an expert and local guide, our walk begins on the main street to reach the first stop where we will taste the famous Campania DOP buffalo mozzarella. In the second stage, however, we will stop to taste a bruschetta with local cherry tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by an excellent glass of wine with native Campania grapes. Walking through the typical colorful alleys, we reach a small square where the typical "pizza a wallet" awaits us, a Neapolitan street food so called because the pizza is folded as if it were a wallet. At this point, another typical street food cannot be missing: the seafood "cuoppo", a cone-shaped parcel containing fried fish of the day. To finish, artisanal limoncello from the Amalfi Coast at a typically Vietri resting place.
