A complete experience for wine lovers that starts with a visit to the vineyards and the narration of the company's history and production, then continues in the cellar with a tasting of 4 labels accompanied by local zero km products, vegetables harvested from the property's garden
The Wine Tasting tour begins with a visit to the vineyards, followed by the discovery of the historic Torre del Ballarino, a mausoleum from the 1st century BC that according to some sources would represent the burial of a paladin crusader knight. Hence the choice of the names of two labels: Ballarino Rosso and Bianco.
Next, a visit to the cellar awaits you, where you can taste four different wines, each paired with typical local products, for a sensory journey through local flavors.
