Just a short stroll from your hotel, we have a delightful evening planned for you. You’ll have the chance to taste 5 exquisite wines from two renowned Italian wineries. Michele has carefully curated Italian delicacies to perfectly complement each wine, creating a harmonious experience for your palate.
Our wine expert will guide you through the evening with charm and ease, introducing you to the wine regions, the wineries, and the stories behind the wines. The exceptional “Vini Boeri” winery will represent the hills of Monferrato, nestled between Alba and Asti, an area which is famous for its intensely flavorful truffles and fruity wines. From the heart of Tuscany’s Maremma region, we will feature wines by “Monterò,” the winery where biodynamic and sustainable practices are not just methods, but a way of life and philosophy.
