Itinerary
Day 1 – Up-Close Experience with Nature:
Start in Soberanía National Park, a rainforest brimming with diverse wildlife. Traverse park trails, climb the Observation Tower for views of the canopy, and visit the Discovery Center for a close-up of hummingbirds. Relish lunch at Gamboa Rainforest Resort before an afternoon excursion on Gatun Lake and the Panama Canal. Complete the day at the historic Central Hotel in Casco Antiguo.

Day 2 – Wilderness, History, and the Iconic Panama Canal:
Visit the New Agua Clara Lock Gates, a marvel of engineering allowing larger vessels through the canal. Discover San Lorenzo Fort, which offers rich historical insights and a cliffside view of the Caribbean. Embark on an exciting e-bike journey along Monkey’s Trail, where you’ll see varied wildlife and dense forests. Evening return to the hotel.

Day 3 – The Origin of Panama:

Explore Panama La Vieja, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Bio museum. Delight in authentic Panamanian dishes at Fonda Lo Que Hay before strolling through the colorful streets of Casco Antiguo, rich in historical significance as the place where key Panama Canal negotiations occurred. Return to the hotel for a restful night.

Day 4 – The Untold Pacific Coast:
Fly to David City for a kayaking journey in the Gulf of Chiriquí National Park. Navigate mangroves alive with monkeys, dolphins, and birds. After a fresh picnic lunch, kayak back to the marina and relax at Hotel Bocas del Mar, a luxurious Pacific Ocean retreat. Spend the evening at leisure by the infinity pools or in the mangroves.

Day 5 – The Enchanted Islas Secas:
Venture on a boat excursion to the Islas Secas for snorkeling and beach relaxation. Enjoy sunbathing, shell collecting, and a delicious picnic before returning to the hotel for a relaxed evening.

Day 6 – Gulf of Chiriquí Marine National Park Discovery:
Discover the Gulf of Chiriquí Marine National Park, home to beautiful beaches and rich marine life. Snorkel and swim at Isla Bolaños, unwind on Isla Gámez, and enjoy a scenic picnic before transferring to the airport for your flight back to Panama City.
