Guide Driven Private Vehicle for Booked Guided Tours
Description
- This service is only for tours booked and confirmed with the guide.
- Fee: 3,000 Japanese Yen Per Hour
- You cannot specify the model or make of the car (ex. luxury cars, Alphard).
- Your guide will drive the vehicle. This service does not come with an extra driver.
- Guests may not drive the vehicle.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked time or you will be charged full price for the vehicle.
- If the tour is suddenly extended on the day of the tour, please pay the extension fee of 1,500 Japanese Yen per 30 minutes directly to the guide.
- The rental period of the vehicle is from when it leaves the car station to when it is returned.

Regular car (up to 3 Guests + 1 Guide as driver)
Minivan (up to 5 Guests + 1 Guide as driver)
Availability for each vehicle and vehicle type is not guaranteed.
Your guide will check the availability once your reservation is made.

- Parking Fees: Please bring 1,000 yen notes, 100 yen coins to pay for parking. Please discuss with the guide the amount you should bring.
- Highway Fees & Tolls:
- You may pay in cash for the tolls. Please discuss with the guide the fee for the highway & tolls.
- You may pay ahead via credit card to JGA if payment is made at least 48 hours in advance. We will be unable to refund you the payment in the case of cancellation.
- This service is not for airport pick up or drop off. Please book our separate airport pick up services.
Know before you go
- Parking fees: Please bring 1,000 yen notes, 100 yen coins to pay for parking. Please discuss with the guide the amount you should bring.
- Some pay stations accept credit cards and e-payments lately, but many still accept only cash.
